Tracking my spending revealed where my money goes, with significant amounts in categories like "Home" and "Food & Drink." It highlighted patterns over time, areas of overspending, and opportunities to budget better. Moving forward, I can set spending limits, cut back on discretionary expenses, and continue tracking for better financial control.

Through this assignment, I gained valuable insights into the importance of clear, concise, and professional communication in the workplace. Editing and revising Ms. Shi’s email highlighted the significance of structuring messages for clarity, ensuring alignment with the audience’s expectations, and maintaining a respectful tone. I learned to identify and correct issues like grammatical errors, disorganized thoughts, and unprofessional language, which can detract from the message’s effectiveness.

Creating a rewritten version of the email also emphasized the importance of using concise subject lines, logical formatting, and professional language to foster better understanding and engagement. Finally, drafting a response email reinforced the skill of providing constructive feedback in a polite and solution-oriented manner, which is essential for fostering collaboration and improving workplace communication.
